We have the highest standard of Kashrut using only Glatt Meat, Chalav Yisrael, Pat Yisrael and a Shomer Shabbat kitchen staff

Kashrut Supervisor
In addition to being a chef, Avicam Gitlin has also served as a kashrut supervisor and is exceptionally knowledgable with regards to kosher products and ingredients.
We use only glatt kosher meats: chasidish /Lubavitch Shechita and according to the Beit Yosef
All of our wines are certified kosher. Most wines are not mevushal and our service staff are shomrei Shabbat
