This trip exceeded my expectations. Avicam, Menachem, Gili, Paige presented a wonderful 8 day celebration vacation for our family of 8 (including an infant). We stayed in a large picturesque villa surrounded by olive trees, rosemary and the hilly Tuscany landscape. Hulu our chef made kosher breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. Breakfasts were sumptuous buffets of shakshuka, foccacia, sweets, vegetables, coffee, and juice. We were usually on day trips and Gili packed lunches. In the evening we had lovely dinners-for us primarily vegetarian-but with a couple of evenings meat. Paige, the baby sitter provided much needed support, and seamlessly traveled with our family on day trips and some days tended the baby when the family was out. Menachem was our “house manager,” making sure the itinerary was followed and on schedule, also ensuring that our laundry was taken care of as well as miscellaneous needs. Avicam was great and managed our itinerary, hired drivers, and arranged tours. He was the main planner and organizer and we started working together a year and a half in advance of the trip. The family’s favorite day by far was a bike ride from Pisa to Lucca. It was a trip of a lifetime!
